This is a simple app where you type in the amount of USD you want to convert to DeSo, pick a wallet by typing in a DeSo name, and click the "Buy Deso" button.

Purchasing DeSo using crypto or some Exchanges can also be done by "Buy Deso" in your wallet here:
There is also a HeroSwap app on that page, but it requires crypto knowledge and transferring crypto to addresses, which can be too complicated. Let's make it simple use our App!!
